Prime Heating and Cooling, LLC. in Cranston, RI is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Sales Comfort Consultant to estimate upcoming work based on requests received from our office staff. This estimating position earns a competitive salary of $85,000- $95,000/year, based on experience. We provide excellent benefits and perks, including health, dental, vision, disability, a 401(k) plan with company match, 2 weeks (with the ability to earn up to 4 weeks) of paid time off (PTO), and 1 week of sick time. Additionally, we offer our estimators the opportunity to work partially remote, earn uncapped commissions, and offer a $2500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SALES COMFORT CONSULTANT

As an HVAC Sales Comfort Consultant, you are critical to our company's success. You are a strategic thinker, estimating each project's needs and costs. Before every job, you receive requests from our office staff detailing upcoming projects. Using these requests, you accurately estimate the cost of all upcoming work. Driven to advance your skills, you continually learn about the HVAC industry, ensuring you provide the best estimations possible. You take pride in helping ensure our company is fairly compensated for the exceptional work that we do!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SALES COMFORT CONSULTANT

• 2+ years of HVAC estimating experience
• Good driving record

Can you effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple deadlines? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you friendly and able to establish a good rapport with others? Do you understand the importance of teamwork? Can you successfully complete remote work?
